SHIPPING

Shipping rate is a flat $5 for packages with a maximum weight of 1lb, or $8 for anything higher. If your order total is $75 or more, it will ship free. (Domestic only)

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. You will receive an email when your order ships with complete tracking information.

Once packages reach the post office, they are out of my hands, therefore I am not responsible for lost or missing packages marked delivered. If you did not receive a package marked delivered, please contact me to open a claim with the post office. A replacement order can also be sent out for 50% of the total cost. 

RETURNS

I want you to be happy with your order. Shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh and has never been used by another customer. Because of this, returns are not accepted unless damaged.

If your item is damaged, please notify me by email at info@dewymonday.com within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence so that I can open a claim with the postal service. I will happily send you a replacement at no cost to you.
